Privacy Protection
ABM conducts our business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security.  Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is important to ABM. ABM does not install any  software applications including spyware on your computer, does not sell any information under any circumstances to third parties and uses any information obtained only for the purposes of enhancing the ability to use ABM's website or to improve ABM's services to clients.

ABM's Web Site collects information in three ways:

When you access ABM's Web Site, ABM automatically collects non-personal data, such as the  type of Internet browser and operating system used, domain name of the  Web site from which you came, number of visits, average time spent on the site, and pages viewed.  ABM may use this data and share it with our affiliates to monitor the  attractiveness of our Web sites and improve their performance or content.

When you view ABM's Web sites, ABM may store some data on your computer  in the form of a "cookie" to automatically recognize your PC the next time you visit.  Cookies can help us in many ways, for example, by allowing us to tailor a Web site to  better match your interests or to store your password to save you having to re-enter it each  time. If you do  not wish to receive cookies, please configure your Internet browser to erase  all cookies from your computer's hard drive, block all cookies or to receive a warning  before  a cookie is stored.

Volunteered Information
When you contact ABM or respond to the surveys, questionnaires or applications  ABM makes available or if you email ABM, you are voluntarily releasing  information to ABM. If you answer questions ABM has placed on the page, you  are also voluntarily releasing that information to us. You may decide not to answer any questions; if you do, you may still continue your ABM Web Site visit, but we may elect  not to provide you with the related services or features. All computer-generated information, such as your email address, may be used or shared with ABM affiliates, third parties  and/or transmitted to another country. An example of a third party that could receive your  Personal Information is a data processing contractor that operates computer systems on our  behalf. Our third-party recipients are: data processing contractors that provide computer  services on our behalf, distribution firms that will fulfill your requests, billing firms that process  your orders, mailing firms that will assist us with our mailings, marketing firms that will assist  us with direct marketing, and service contractors that provide facilities engineering services on our behalf. Whenever any data is transferred to a third party, that party will be  contractually bound to abide by our privacy policy.

ABM does not solicit reports or any other information from children under 14 years of age. ABM will not knowingly collect personal data from children without insisting that they seek prior parental consent if required by applicable law. ABM will only use or disclose personal data about a child to the extent permitted by law, to seek parental consent pursuant to local law and regulations or to protect a child.

Your Account Access
Usernames and passwords are stored in our database for use in our reporting system. This information is kept secure on our private servers and is only used to assist you in accessing your account as a client. No information is released outside of the ABM system.

Only ABM and ABM authorized entities are allowed to access information stored on our servers. Unauthorized accessing of ABM information stored on our servers is a violation of the law.
