ABM and the City of San Francisco Recycling Program

You and ABM, Your Janitorial Company . . . At the Forefront of Recycling

ABM is committed to Client Service in San Francisco. The information contained herein regarding the San Francisco Recycling Program is designed to help educate and prepare ABM clients to adopt the City of San Francisco's Recycling Program.  Each building has a recycling program tailored specifically for their needs, so please contact your Building Management office for details on your individual program.

The commonality of all programs is the list of items accepted for collection by Golden Gate Disposal & Recycling. Included are three streams of collectables from your building:

  • Recycling
  • Compost
  • Waste (landfill)

We encourage you to download the materials to post in your designated recycling areas. These items will help visually train building occupants what items should be placed in the appropriate containers.
