Web-based systems: ABM is an industry leader in developing the standard for computerized preventive maintenance and work order management. This PC-based program is available to you as a web enterprise solution with the same robust yet easy-to-use features, including:

National Service Center: Through our 24-hour call center, we employ call-capturing technology that timestamps each work order and automatically identifies contacts and supplier information for each site. This allows our dispatch technicians to respond to your requests immediately. Our call center technology then prompts closure of each request and updates our reporting and accounting files so we can immediately report on – and you can immediately view – the status of any work order.
Technical intranet site: Our Preventative Maintenance site provides access to ABM’s safety and training information. This site is a tremendous resource for our technical staff to share information, ideas, and local resources, thereby keeping your facility running smoothly and saving costs.
Cost accounting and reporting systems: With extensive experience gained from working with hundreds of clients, we have developed a series of management templates to deliver reports that meet our customer’s needs.
All of our technologies are protected by a sophisticated firewall system managed by the ABM internal IT staff. As an additional safeguard, we have engaged a third party expert to maintain a continuous disaster plan that will recover ABM’s critical electronic data to a secure off-site location.
