Municipalities
We manage both public and employee parking structures for many municipalities throughout the country. Our services include on- and off-street meter collection and parking enforcement. In addition, we’ve coordinated efforts with municipal officials to accommodate their particular parking needs. In a number of cities, Ampco manages the entire city-wide parking program.

Universities
Ampco System Parking has implemented stack parking solutions for universities and colleges that face parking challenges due to increased enrollment. 

Medical Centers
In keeping with our high quality service, when we manage parking for medical centers and hospitals, we provide patient sensitivity training to our staff. In addition, our services often include the traditional cashier staff, as well as valet operations and shuttle transportation.

Healthcare Parking Services of America (HPSA) is a subsidiary of ABM specializing in parking management services for hospitals, healthcare centers and medical office buildings across the United States.  HPSA was been widely recognized for its dedication to quality customer care and innovation.  HPSA has tailored its training efforts, several of which have been based on The Joint Commission's "Environment of Care" standards, to ensure that every expectation is met.

Hospitality, Residential and Entertainment
Ampco System Parking provides valet parking and front door service to hotels — a traditional form of hospitality service. This same valet service is also available to residential complexes, mixed-use entertainment facilities and casinos. 

Office Buildings and Multi-Use Facilities
As one of the largest parking operators in the country, one of our many specialties is managing the complex and ever-changing parking operations in the office building and multi-use segment. We manage over 1,000 office and multi-use parking facilities across the country for some of the largest and most prestigious real estate companies in the business today. Using our newest technology to manage all aspects of a parking operation, our focus is to drive bottom line new profit for our customers, while meeting high standards of customer service.

Airports
We reaffirmed our commitment to this unique segment by forming a stand-alone Airport Division in the early ’90s. We now operate at more than 27 airports across the U.S. and Canada, including three of the top ten airports. With over 1,500 employees dedicated to servicing airports, your satisfaction is vital to our business strategy. Because we recognize the unique skill set required for airport parking management, we have developed an airport-specific audit group. This group monitors and develops best practices that we institute at all current and new operations. Our customers recognize our expertise and continue to reward us through the extension of their contracts. And our reputation continues to earn us new contracts.

Transportation
With over 500 vehicles in service across the country, Ampco has become one of the largest fixed-based providers of transportation services nationally. Customers benefit because we specialize in fixed-route transportation and therefore, have specially trained drivers, dispatchers and managers dedicated to this business. Technology, training and safety have been a key factor in the transportation business. Ampco has committed the resources necessary to develop a team of highly qualified drivers to safely and efficiently transport our customers at airports, colleges, hospitals, corporate campuses, and through the central business districts in every region where we operate. Our use of GPS and our in-vehicle camera systems enable us to reduce costs for our customers, all while providing the highest level of service in the industry.
