Property Preservation Case Study 

Problem: A global life sciences company decided to consolidate its operations and employees, freeing up a 660,000 square-foot facility to be sold. This property was not located near their consolidated operations, therefore, the oversight and maintenance of the facility created a potential for deferred maintenance and liability risk for the firm. They also needed to keep the property marketable. 

Solution: ABM developed a customized, cost-effective maintenance plan for the customer’s vacant building with periodic inspections and preventative and repair services to maintain the facility until sale.
