Property Management Firm Southwest

A major property management firm, owner of ten million square feet of premier high-rise office properties in Los Angeles, wanted to do something to set their properties apart from the competition.  They approached ABM, as their facilities service provider, to create a safety program that would achieve this goal.

In order to facilitate this outcome, ABM’s safety specialists developed an extensive program.  First, the team created a safety video library that would be housed on-site at each building.  Next, ABM incorporated the company’s employees in a monthly safety training meeting.  Last came the implementation of an ISO-compliant records management system. 

The results are substantial.  In the two years since the program started, comprising over 70,000 man-hours, there have been no work-related injuries.  Additionally, the program developed by ABM has been used in the materials and presentations used by the property management firm to attract new tenants.
