Amtech Lighting Services is the first lighting maintenance provider in the United States to offer our customers both local and national “real-time” information.  Through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology, customers can receive up-to-date information on the status of any job. 

Using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Amtech Lighting can transfer data directly and instantaneously to our customers’ database systems via telephone lines.  Through this system, we can transmit invoices, purchase orders and purchase order changes.  The customer can then generate electronic payments through their system, thus reducing paperwork and saving time. 

Our National Customer Care Center provides service to our valued customers 7 days a week, 24 hours a day!  We have developed a computerized dispatch system that allows us to dispatch calls to our own network of 26 full-service branch locations and a select group of subcontractors.  We can provide ongoing tracking of all open tickets and expedite repair services as required to ensure that our clients receive cost-effective, timely lighting and electrical sign maintenance.
