Today, NETA is the developing organization for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). In OSHA’s Top 10most cited violations for fiscal year 2024, the Control of Hazardous Energy(lockout/tagout) standard was consistently in the top ranks, illustrating that electrical energy control and safe work procedures are ongoing compliance challenges.
