PACE Funding



Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) is a financing mechanism passed on a state by state basis that allows you to fund 100% of your facility upgrades through property tax assessments.


This enables you to implement energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades to your facilities with no upfront costs.

During the ten-year life of the project, the Harris County Department of Education is expected to save 36% on its prior utility budget and 29% on the HVAC operating budget and see savings of $5.4 million.

Town of Georgetown

ABM completed a program for the town that would improve the conditions of their schools and government buildings. They are expected to save $147,000 in energy and operating costs annually. In the first year following project completion, savings exceeded the original guarantee.

Wright State University
