Scott Salmirs

President and Chief Executive Officer

Scott is the visionary leader guiding one of the largest facility services providers listed on the New York Stock Exchange. After more than 10 years with ABM, Scott was selected to become CEO, distinguishing him as only the 7th person to hold that position in our 106-year history. Before joining ABM, Scott held leadership positions managing building portfolios at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and CBRE.

Scott has an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and a Bachelor of Science in Business-Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. He is on the board of the State University of New York College at Oneonta Business Advisory Council. He also is on the Board of the Outreach Project, an organization dedicated to rehabilitating high school age drug users, and is a founding Board Member of Donate Eight, a group focused on increasing the number of organ donors in New York State.

James P. McClure

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

A facilities services veteran, Jim’s career with ABM began more than 30 years ago. Over the years his experience and leadership has been crucial to our growth and success. In his current role, Jim leads all aspects of our operations, planning, and strategy. With over 100,000 employees, serving clients across various industries around the world, he is responsible for ensuring we consistently deliver best-in-class solutions, while driving our culture focused on continuous improvement.

Jim has held numerous management and senior leadership positions in different areas of the company. He’s led our Onsite Services division, as well as our Janitorial Services operations, helping establish ABM as an industry leader in the field.

James P. McClure

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

D. Anthony Scaglione

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Anthony is responsible for enterprise finance, tax, IT and M&A, including leading the transformation of our finance support function, creating a consolidated, field-based team that aligns with our new industry-focused 2020 vision that more effectively supports ABM operators across the country.

With us since 2009, he has served in key leadership roles including SVP, Treasurer, and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. Anthony joined us from CA Technologies where he held several finance and treasury positions.

Anthony is a graduate of Rutgers University, holding dual honors degrees in Finance and Accounting. From there he went on to earn his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP®). He is a Board Member and the Past Chairman of the Board of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), the professional society that represents finance executives across the globe, having previously chaired its Audit Committee.

Dave Goodes

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Dave joined us in 2016, overseeing critical initiatives that are helping drive our client- and employee-centric vision. He has 20+ years of leadership in human resources, marketing, and operations, and specializes in building corporate cultures that include best-in-class career opportunities, improved training and development, and exceptional employee relations and advocacy.

Before joining ABM, Dave served as executive vice president of Human Resources for Hess Retail, a $12.5B business and the largest convenience store operator on the east coast. Prior to that, he led Human Resources and Organizational Development for Saks Fifth Avenue.

Dave holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a BA in Sociology from Indiana University. He is actively engaged with the Boys & Girls Club of Monmouth County, NJ, as well as the Alzheimer Drug Discovery Foundation.

Dean A. Chin

Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller

As SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller -- a position he has held since 2010 -- Dean’s experience and knowledge of ABM is invaluable to our operations.

Before joining us in 2008 as Vice President and Assistant Controller, he was Director of Finance for Reader’s Digest Association. He also served as Senior Manager, Audit and Business Advisory Services for Ernst & Young.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Rene Jacobsen

Executive Vice President and President, Business & Industry

Rene serves as EVP and President of ABM’s Business and Industry Group (B&I). He brings over twenty-five years of general management experience within the Janitorial, Security, Facility Services and Facility Management industries across Europe and the United States.

B&I is ABM’s largest Group, representing 60% of total revenue and includes all of ABM’s core onsite service offerings as well Industrial & Manufacturing, Banking & Financial, CRE, High Tech, Sports & Entertainment and other segments. Today, Rene is responsible for driving the strategic growth of these operations across all geographic markets in the United States and Canada.

Prior to this, Rene served as EVP of the West Region where he oversaw all operations and related support staff, and maintained P&L responsibility. Rene earned an MBA in Economics from the Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Scott Giacobbe

Senior Vice President and President, ABM Technical Solutions

Scott is the President of ABM Technical Solutions, a position he has held since 2010. Since taking leadership of ABM’s Technical Solutions group, they have produced record growth and dramatically improved customer retention and satisfaction, while developing new market-leading service offerings.

ABM Technical Solutions' unique and proven solutions make buildings and businesses more efficient through reduced operating and energy costs, while helping to enhance and extend the lives of their facility assets. ABM Technical Solutions' service portfolio includes Electrical & Lighting, Electrical Power, Energy Solutions, HVAC & Mechanical, Mission Critical and ABM Franchising Group.

Scott began his career at Honeywell in 1987, where he held leadership roles in sales, sales management and regional management. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
