With over 35 years of experience in facility services, Bob Clarke oversees Client Experience and Operations Support for ABM, driving stronger client outcomes through aligned service delivery, operational governance, enabling technologies, and standardized processes. His Client Experience team develops and deploys strategic plans and governance models that improve the client journey, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and foster a more client-centric culture that supports satisfaction and advocacy. The Operations Support team works lockstep with ABM field operations to streamline activities, improve performance, and provide the technical expertise needed to solve complex operational challenges efficiently and effectively.

Kayla Oliver, Panelist
Kayla Oliver leads Product, Partnerships, and Innovation at ABM Industries, where she focuses on growth, operational efficiency, and new opportunities through strategic collaboration and innovation. Over nearly five years at ABM, she has helped shape the company’s innovation agenda, previously serving as Head of Innovation and Senior Associate in Corporate Strategy & Innovation. Before ABM, Kayla held business strategy and advisory roles at EY, including FSO Business Advisory Senior Consultant and Staff Consultant. She earned her Executive MBA from The Wharton School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology and Economics from Colgate University.
