Coupa SIM: Supplier eligibility and registration
To ensure qualification for projects and visibility for future opportunities, all suppliers must register through the Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM) portal.

Monitor your inbox for an invitation from ABM. Upon receipt, follow the link to initiate your Coupa profile and complete the onboarding process.
Avetta: Subcontractor eligibility and enrollment
We partner with Avetta to manage subcontractor compliance and ensure projects meet the highest standards. Your registration is required. And while this is a paid third-party service, maintaining an active profile ensures visibility and qualificaiton for future work.
Note: Avetta is distinct from Coupa SIM. You must maintain compliance in Avetta to be eligible for work, though registration does not guarantee placement.

The CSP is your central hub for doing business with ABM. Designed for efficiency, this free and secure platform allows you to streamline your supplier profile and oversee all transactions.

Making profile updates
You may update the following in the Coupa Supplier Portal. Confirm all updates are reflected in both Coupa SIM and CSP to ensure consistency:
- Your Business Profile
- Supplier Company Information Updates
- Supplier Primary Address Updates
- Supplier Contact Information Updates
- Tax Documentation Information Updates
- Payment Remittance (Financial) Information Updates

I already use the CSP with other customers. Do I need a new account?
No. You can connect your existing CSP account to ABM once you receive the invitation.
Is CSP access required to receive Purchase Orders?
While not mandatory, the CSP is the preferred and most efficient way to receive and manage purchase orders from ABM.
What is the CSP?
The CSP is a free, secure online portal where approved ABM suppliers can:
- View and acknowledge purchase orders
- Track invoice and payment status
- Update supplier information
- Manage contacts and notifications
- Communicate with ABM
Does registering in Avetta guarantee work with ABM?
No. Avetta compliance is required for eligibility, but it does not guarantee the award of work.
Is there a cost to register in Avetta?
Yes. Avetta registration includes a cost to the subcontractor.
Cost is per connection and incremental; Any client connection added in the middle f a subcontracto's billing cycle will prompt a pro-rated invoice to be generated

Do subcontractors still need to register in Avetta?
Yes. Subcontractors must continue to complete additional compliance requirements through Avetta.
What is the difference between Coupa SIM and the CSP?
Coupa SIM facilitates the buyer‑side process used by ABM procurement to collect, validate, and manage supplier data.It supports onboarding workflows, compliance reviews, and the maintenance of accurate supplier records.
The CSP is the supplier‑facing portal where suppliers log in to manage their relationship with ABM. Through the CSP,suppliers can update their company information, receive purchase orders, submit invoices, and track payments.
What happens after I submit my registration?
After you submit your registration, our Procurement and AP teams will review it to approve, reject, or request additional information. If approved, you will receive an email with credentials to manage your data in the Bedrock portal, and we will update your vendor record in our ERP system accordingly. If additional information is needed or if your registration is rejected, you will also be notified by email.
What happens if I don’t register?
Suppliers who do not register in Coupa SIM will not be approved and cannot receive new purchase orders from ABM.
How will I know if my registration is approved?
You will receive a confirmation email from Coupa once ABM has reviewed and approved your supplier profile.
How long does registration take?
Most suppliers complete registration in 15–30 minutes, depending on the documentation required.
What information will I need to complete registration?
Common requirements include (but are not limited to):
- Legal business name and tax information
- W‑9 or W‑8 documentation
- Banking details for electronic payments
- Insurance certificates (if applicable)
- Business contact information
- Diversity certifications (optional)
Do I need to register in Coupa SIM to do business with ABM?
Yes.If you are a new supplier or have not previously completed ABM’s onboarding process, you must register in Coupa SIM to become an approved vendor.
What is Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM)?
Coupa SIM is ABM’s supplier registration and on boarding system. All new or unregistered suppliers must complete their registration in Coupa SIM to become approved and eligible to receive purchase orders from ABM.
How do I become an ABM supplier?
You must receive an invitation to join the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)—ABM’s online procurement and supplier management platform. Ask your representative for assistance or contact us at: supplieronboarding@abm.com
